Thomas Wells is a lover of the beach and all things of the ocean. His first reaction upon seeing the house on the cliff with its magnificent view and stairway down to the sand was “How could you possibly be miserable living here?” The many coves of Corona del Mar offer the curious close-up views as well, of the plentiful sea life that thrives among the rocks along the shore. Thomas paints in hopes of enticing city dwellers to explore the natural beauty of the ocean with their children, that they might foster an appreciation of nature and become its caretakers.
